D.P. : Why did you choose a bulthaup kitchen ?
O.N. : A few years ago, we had to lay out a house and we already had a crush on bulthaup design, the ergonomics and pureness of the lines but the project, for various reasons, had been dropped. When I bought this flat, I wanted to create a living space in accordance with my wishes and lifestyle.

D.P. : How did you proceed ?
O.N. : I first approached bulthaup co.re.am étoile, took a look at the innovations and then developed my project. On the website, I discovered that co.re.am. had a store in the 6th district of Paris, so I took my plan and met the salesperson. I told her about my initial plan: a b3 system with a central island from which I liked the aestheticism. Then, a common thinking was made, and with a high skills, the salesperson showed me the necessity to review the free-moving in the room. In fact, the second plan allowed the realisation of the wall-hanging system and the central island, while fulfilling my needs and the architectural volume.

D.P. : You can be proud of it because that’s a great accomplishment.
O.N. : Yes, that was important at a crucial period of my life, to settle in a place I really liked, that fitted my personality.

D.P. : One last question : do you like cooking ?
O.N. : Yes, I do like cooking : simple dishes with quality products.
